Who may use Forecast Alpha

The initial service is for adults in the United States. Forecast Alpha is a research and decision-support product, not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Research and execution

Probabilities, signals, simulations, rankings, and AI explanations may be incomplete or wrong. Paper and shadow results are not live performance. Broker execution requires separate, explicit authority and safety controls.

Your private research

You retain your content. You grant Forecast Alpha the limited rights needed to store, process, secure, and display it to you. Relevant first-party research may improve the service under the Privacy Policy. Private notes and identifiable event streams are not sold.

Acceptable use and content

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or confidential third-party material. Research remains private in the first release. See the takedown process.

Disputes

No generic arbitration clause has been inserted. Dispute terms will be added only after counsel classifies the product and confirms applicable consumer-law requirements.
